The fallopian tubes are located  on either side of the uterus in the abdominal cavity. For a woman to conceive, the fallopian tubes transport the sperm from the uterus to the egg that has been released by the ovary during ovulation. It also helps with the transportation of the fertilised egg or embryo to the uterus for implantation. When there is a block in this transportation channel, it is called Tubal Block . Tubal blocks can affect either one or both the fallopian tubes in a woman. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is a hormone disorder that affects the female reproductive system. This leads to enlarged ovaries with tiny cysts containing immature eggs.
